Pupil Distance Measurement Guide
3 Step Guide
- 1. Position a ruler, tape measure or credit card just above your eyes or glasses while wearing them, ensuring the ruler is horizontal and aligned with your eyes.
- 2. Ask someone else to take a clear photo of your face at eye level, making sure the ruler is visible and you are looking straight at the camera. (For optimal results, the photographer should position themselves at least 6 feet away from you and then zoom in to capture a clear and focused image of your eyes, particularly your pupils.)
- 3. Send the photo to us via email to [email protected].
Why We Need a PD Photo
A PD (pupil distance) photo is essential for creating lenses that are perfectly aligned with your eyes, ensuring optimal vision and comfort. By measuring the distance between your pupils accurately, we can customize your lenses to provide the best possible visual experience.
