The order cancellation process was clear and easy. It is incredibly reassuring that one can return glasses with a no quibble return policy. Great service. 100604323-1: I filled the basket with a Tim Ford frame and a Ray-Ban frame and completed the order and paid. I then got an email saying the Tom Ford were discontinued / out of stock. I went back into the order and changed the Tom Ford for a Hugo Boss frame and completed the order and paid again. I then got an email saying the Hugo Boss frame was discontinued. I then called and Summer was great because she sorted it all out and I got refunded the erroneous payment. So, all good in the end but you might wish to check how it is possible for a customer to complete an order and pay when the frame is out of stock / discontinued. Measure the width of one lens to find your eye size. Multiply your eye size by 2.
Measure the width of the bridge (the part over your nose).
Add 11mm to account for the frame's arm width from the front.
Example: If your eye size is 50mm and your bridge width is 20mm:
Double Eye Size: 50mm x 2 = 100mm
Add Bridge Width: 100mm + 20mm = 120mm
Add for Arms: 120mm + 11mm = 131mm
Your ideal frame width is 131mm(+ or - 4mm for flexibility).

Lastly, the third number indicates the length of the arm. To find the best fit, compare these measurements to the size specifications of the new glasses you are considering.
The number on the left-hand side of the square box is the "Eye Size" and is sometimes referred to as the "A" measurement. This is the width of the lens at its widest point measured in millimetres (see A in the diagram below).
The number on the right-hand side of the square box is the "Bridge Width" and is sometimes referred to as the "DBL" (distance between lenses). This is the distance between the two lenses measured in millimetres.

Lens Depth
