Repairs or replacements, including parts and labour. Reglaze with a different lens or a new prescription.
Return shipping costs from Spex4less back to you. Return shipping costs from you to Spex4less.
One approved claim per protection plan. Frames altered, customised, or damaged by attempts at self-repair.
Lenses-only cover for reglaze orders where the lenses are supplied by Spex4less. Replacement frames when originally ordered as a reglaze of your own frame.
