Coronavirus Service & Delivery Update

We hope that you and your family & friends are well and safe, and looking after each other during this difficult and unsettling time. It’s a period where we need to keep smiling (best we can) and maintain a positive attitude for each other.

All the latest government guidelines are being followed by us and would like to reassure you that our dedicated and brilliant teams are hard at work producing glasses for you. As an online retailer we are encouraged to continue trading. Orders may be placed online at any time of the day. We are also able to provide you with support via our telephone lines, email and ‘live chat’ - all of which are manned by our home workers during normal business hours. Please note that our public showroom is closed for the duration of this period of uncertainty.

Delivery Update:

We would like to let customers know that normal delivery schedules are not applicable at this time. Observation of social distancing in our glazing laboratory means that we have to restrict the number of technicians working at any given time, reducing our normal manufacturing throughput. The net result is that some customers will experience delays in receiving their orders.

We would like to thank all our customers for their past and ongoing loyalty since we started back in 2004. As a small family business, we appreciate your custom and your continued loyalty.

Without knowing exactly when, we have to say that we look forward to the time when this dreadful virus is beaten. It’s a horrific period we’re in – so let’s all look after each other, our families & friends and the wider communities that we live in. One day things will return to normality. We will get through to the other side, but please remain safe until that happens.
