Please take care when sending your glasses to us. We recommend you using an insured postal service such as recorded delivery, as it is your responsibility to ensure that your glasses reach us safely.
We operate the same policy as high street opticians in that glasses are re-glazed at your own risk. Our technicians take the utmost care in reglazing your glasses - but sometimes faults are inherent in the frame that may result in some damage or the frame breaking.
We also reserve the right to return your frames to you along with any monies paid to us (on receipt of your frames) if we feel that they are unsuitable for re-glazing.
