Even if you love your new glasses and your neighbor or friend say's "they don't suit you" we will exchange them or refund your money which ever you prefer. Mark Bowden's guarantee statement:- If for ANY REASON you are not 100% satisfied with your order, including any errors on your part, I will either:-
PLUS, every single pair of glasses I supply is covered by my 12 month guarantee against any defects or breakages including the lenses. In the unlikely event that this should be the case I will either repair or replace at my expense. Here a some situations where you may want to use my guarantee. A) You entered your prescription incorrectly due to your opticians poor hand writing. Simply return the glasses with a copy of the written prescription, I will decipher the prescription and exchange the lenses for you free of charge or refund your money which ever you prefer. B) You love your new glasses but your friend thinks they don't suit you. Simply return them to us or give us a call and we will advise a more suitable frame and exchange them or refund your money which ever you prefer. C) For some reason you find that your new glasses don't fit as expected. D) You discover that you've changed your mind and you didn't really want any new glasses in the first place. Simply send them back with return form and we will refund all monies paid.
